What to send for your product
Pool & aquarium panels: length × height × thickness, quantity, flat or curved shape and available drawings.
Acrylic tubes: outer diameter, wall thickness, length, quantity and any critical inner diameter or machining requirements.
Sheets, rods & decorative materials: size, thickness or diameter, colour or pattern reference, finish and quantity.

What acrylic materials does Kingsign supply?
We supply thick cast panels, acrylic sheets, tubes, rods and custom fabricated components for projects and products. Start with the material range that matches your application.
What information is needed for a quotation?
Send product type, dimensions, thickness or tube wall thickness, quantity and delivery destination. Include a target date and drawings for custom fabrication. If specifications are already confirmed, send them directly.
Can I enquire before my specifications are final?
Yes. Tell us the application and what is already known. For pool or aquarium openings, include available opening and support drawings. We can discuss material and fabrication options while final requirements are being developed.
Does a published size range mean every size is available?
No. Production ranges and examples do not confirm every combination of size, thickness and length. Availability and production method must be reviewed for the specific order.
Can you supply one piece or a small quantity?
Please enquire. Stock availability and custom-production minimum quantities depend on the product and specification. Tell us whether nearby dimensions or alternative lengths are acceptable; do not assume a listed item is in stock.
Which dimensions should I provide for tubes?
Provide outer diameter, wall thickness and length. If inner diameter, fit or tolerances are critical, include those requirements on a drawing. Add quantity, colour, application and any end machining or flange details.
Can acrylic be machined or fabricated to my drawings?
Discuss required cutting, machining, forming, bonding or flanges with us. The feasible method, tolerances, inspection requirements and supply scope are agreed before production.
Where can I find similar pool or aquarium projects?
Use our project finder to filter published records by application, country, recorded thickness and panel size. Overall pool or tank dimensions are distinguished from individual panel sizes. A similar project is a reference, not a substitute for your own specification review.
What technical reports or certificates are available?
Our download centre includes catalogues, colour charts and identified test reports or archived certificates. Each document applies to its named material, samples, tests and dates; it does not automatically cover every product or completed project. Request the documents required for your order.
What are the lead time and shipping options?
Typical production lead time is 7–25 days, depending on the product specification, quantity and fabrication requirements. The agreed production date is confirmed in the quotation. Shipping, customs and local delivery time are additional.
Does Kingsign provide installation?
We supply acrylic materials and agreed fabrication, and can provide installation assistance and guidance. Tell us your project location and requirements so we can confirm the form of support and agreed scope.
What should I compare when evaluating quotations?
Compare the same material specification, dimensions, fabrication, tolerances, inspection scope, packaging, delivery terms and any installation support. Share your priorities so we can discuss feasible options.
Is an anti-yellowing warranty available for outdoor pool windows?
Yes. Kingsign offers a 30-year anti-yellowing warranty for acrylic windows used in outdoor swimming pools. Confirm the applicable written terms and use conditions with your order.
